    • An Introduction to Pathway Analysis with GenMAPP

Microarray technologies have evolved rapidly, enabling biologists to quantify genome-wide levels of gene expression, alternative splicing and sequence variations for a variety of species. Analyzing and displaying these data present a significant challenge. Gene Map Annotator and Pathway Profiler (GenMAPP) attempts to address the growing needs of the microarray community by providing extensive gene and species support, innovative tools for analyzing complex data and easy-to-use methods for sharing and displaying the results. Although GenMAPP was originally designed for microarray data, it supports analysis of large-scale data from other experiment types, including, for example, proteomics.
